The Neuroscience of Sleep
This seminar will be presented by Dr Stan Rodski (Neuroscientist) and will help you understand the neuroscience of sleep:
- What does 'sleep hygiene' even mean? And how can it be improved?
- Understand the link between sleep and pain management
- The importance of quality sleep for mood and immunity
- Mental & physical techniques to encourage dopamine production in your brain to aid sleep
- How colours and sounds influence sleep
