Did you miss "Champagne with Alex" at the Gourmet Weekend?

In this informative workshop, you do not need to know anything about wine or how to make champagne- as you will get an interesting introduction to the Champagne winemaking process and the region.

The Champagne workshop session includes:

2x Growers Champagne tasting
A 45 min talk about the Champagne region and its process of elaboration.
Hosted by knowledgeable French winemaker, Alexandra Wardlaw.

Three possible sessions:
Friday 8th: 2:30 - 3:30 pm, In the Marquee in the Park
Saturday 9th: 10:00 - 11:00 am Rising Sun Stables
Sunday 10th: 2:30 - 3:30 pm Rising Sun Stables
