Decades of well-travelled roads meandering through the Australian blues scene have converged, and at this intersection, Rod Paine and The Fulltime Lovers have wound down the windows, eased off the throttle and listened to the world outside, and within. Side roads of country, dirt lanes of rock and ever-present thoroughfares of roots. From the depths of the Mulgrave Gentlemen’s Club (MGC), to the four walls of the Ivanhoe Bungalow, voices are having a say – creating sounds, sharing ideas and digging up long lost tunes.
