This is a 6-weeks of YOGA IN SLINGS.

Wednesdays at 6PM
Each class we focus on the different themes of traditional sling yoga asanas deepening your practice. As we gradually progress, you will find a greater ability to focus on correct alignment and intension.
The sling takes you to a whole new level with core stability and strength, comfort circles, trust and surrender. This practice allows you to generate body heat, develop flexibility, create strength and enhance body awareness. The many benefits of inversions are so much more accessible in a sling and so much fun!
The sling, bearing some or all of the body weight, takes the practice to a new level, emphasising;

• Week 1: Heart space
~ When we work with a sling it all begins with an open heart space. Deep breaths and deep streches go together and it's the key in backbends which we learn lots in this class.
• Week 2: Hips
~ Pelvic area holds our biggest muscles. It is also where we get to release stuck energy. Add the sling and you will feel the benefits of open hip flexors and hamstrings.
• Week 3: Balance
~ A class dedicated to the duality of yoga, Hatha Yoga. In this class we play with the opposite energies to lengthen muscles and touch on a more dynamic practice. You discover techniques to improve balance and find a new level of stability and grounding.
• Week 4: Dynamic
~ This week focuses on fluidity and strength as we move through dynamic sequences that challenge your body and engage your core. The sling adds a layer of exploration, helping you deepen transitions and flow with ease.
• Week 5: Play
~ This week invites creativity and joy. We’ll explore variety of movements and inversions using the sling to touch on a more playful side of the practice. Let go of expectations, experiment freely, and find confidence in trying something new.
• Week 6: Trust
~ This class is about putting everything that you have learned together and moving into a deeper intension and trust in your practice. We'll go through variations to add more depth.
Come together weekly to learn, laugh, and trust!
Suitable for every body. This is not acrobatics.

If necessary, kindly provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations before your scheduled starting day of the booking to allow others the opportunity to join the class. Failure to give the required notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the course. In such cases, no refunds, partial or otherwise, will be issued. The transferability of the ticket is considered on a case-by-case basis.
