'Killer' Coaching for Tennis Seniors
About
Tennis West and Rob Kilderry, the “Godfather” of Western Australia tennis, will host a squad at the State Tennis Centre for seniors (aged 30+) during August 2023.Squad sizes will be limited to maximize playing opportunities, and ability streamed according to Singles/Doubles UTR. Players must commit to the four-week programme.
Each Wednesday will focus on a particular skill, followed by doubles strategy.
Week 1: August 2 – Serve
Week 2: August 9 – Forehand groundstroke
Week 3: August 16 – Backhand groundstroke
Week 4: August 23 – Net play
Sessions will commence promptly at 6.30pm and conclude at 8.30pm. Refreshments will be available in the café following.
