This 4 hour safeTALK Suicide Awareness and Helpers workshop prepares participant to be more alert to people thinking about suicide and better able to connect them to help.This training is ideal for and open to people that want to build a culture of safety from suicide in their community or organization. This is a workshop open to the community. The training is engaging and interactive and participants will come away with practical skills and tools to better help people who are thinking about suicide to stay safe and get the help they need.
Participants will get a Completion Certificate. The course is recognized by NESA and many other professional organizations for continuing education credits.
A light lunch will be provided onsite.
