Historic Cummins House: Guided tour and Devonshire tea

Cummins House, located in Novar Gardens, was built for South Australian pioneer John Morphett and his family in 1842.Join us for a guided tour to learn about the history of Cummins House and the Morphett family who lived here for five generations. After your tour, enjoy a delicious Devonshire tea of two warm scones, homemade jam and fresh cream. Gluten-free option available.
We also have a GIFT SHOP and PLANT NURSERY at Historic Cummins House. Sales are by CASH only as we do not have eftpos facilities.
*Online bookings can be made until 5.00pm of the day prior. Bookings after this time can be made by calling The Cummins Society on 0417 852 320. Please also call for any group bookings (more than 6 people). Open February-November.*
Tours of the House and care of the gardens is provided by The Cummins Society. All money raised from tour tickets and sales in the shop and nursery go towards maintaining this historic home for future generations.
