This is an exciting new offer and the first of what we hope to be a yearly combined IFS and Constellation workshops to come.Alli and Mo at the Inner Light Meditation Centre have combined with Tati from Sea of Harmony to join two powerful modalities of Internal Family Systems and Systemic Constellation work.
Each of these evidence-based therapies are powerful in their own right, and have many similarities in their approach yet also offer their own unique gifts.
The combination of these two systems aims to offer deep and profound insights and healing for participants, which can transcend time and space.
This is a one-off event and you will be a part of this inaugural offering.
