An Ecumenical Service to reflect on or pray for people diagnosed with dementia and related disorders, their families, friends, carers and staff.
It is a time to share the stories of love, pain, grief, challenges and the growth of those who are or have been on the Dementia Journey.
Join in song with the Dementia Choir.
FREE event. Donations welcome on the day.
