Workshop - Exploring the Inner Landscape of Leadership
This workshop aims to explore the notion that the emerging discipline of leadership cannot be taught, it can only be learned. Participants will be provided with the opportunity to explore their own leadership experiences including their failures, through the lens of their internal “voices”.
This deeply personal process was designed by Prof Ron Heifetz from Harvard. University to assist individuals to become more self authoring through identifying how their personal, professional, social and ancestral inner “voices” impacts their life and leadership.
