Join us to learn about seasonal edible weeds that thrive in the Mansfield area and explore their culinary, medicinal and ecological uses.Delivered by Lauren from CERES Brunswick, this workshop offers the opportunity to learn about edible weeds in our area, including how to identify and prepare them. You will also be able to sample some pre-prepared edible weed pesto!
Lauren has a background in Environmental Sciences and has worked for a number of years in bush regeneration, where she developed a keen interest in weeds and their usefulness. She is now studying Naturopathy where she is integrating her knowledge of weeds with the human body and their medicinal uses.
