2024 SCNA Junior Representative Player Nominations 

Terms and Conditions of Trials

• Nominations are now being taken for Junior Representative Teams for 2024.
• 12 Years - players born 2012.
• 13 Years - players born 2011.
• 14 Years - players born 2010.
• Nominations are due by Sunday 21st January 2024.
• Nomination Fee is $45 per player - this is non-refundable.
• No Representative Clothing to be worn at Trials.
• White top/singlet and black bike pants only to be worn.
• Players must attend all trials.
• Players MUST submit in writing a valid reason as determined by the Executive for non-attendance at any trial prior to the trial date. 
• The Junior State Age event will be in Brisbane and will require players to stay with their teams in accommodation. Expect fees to be between $1500 and $2000.
• Upon being named in a squad/team, a $500 deposit must be paid prior to the final trial – this will be deducted from your season invoice.
• Players withdrawing after squad/team announcement without a valid reason as determined by the Executive will be ineligible to trial for a period of 18 months.

Failure to comply with any of the above terms and conditions will see the player ineligible to trial.

Playing in a SCNA Representative Team means the player is representing our Association.  The player MUST be playing in a SCNA competition in order to be eligible to play in a Representative Team.  Commitments for all age groups in our Representative Program are outlined on our Website.  Please read this document prior to completing your nomination as it contains very important information about our Representative Program.  You and your player/s must be aware that these commitments will be expected to be met should your player/s be selected in a SCNA Representative Team.

PLEASE NOTE: As Junior State Age Carnival is in Brisbane in 2024 and all teams will be eligible to attend, Rep Fees will be higher than they have been when the Carnival was held at SCNA.  Until we have all costs finalised, we cannot confirm the exact amount, but we believe the fees will be in the vicinity of $1500 to $2000 per player.  Players will not be travelling to State Age events if all fees are not paid in full.  Please contact Deb Battaglini on the below contact details if you would like to discuss a payment plan.
