About
Samuel Thomas-Holland is a well-known Melbourne tenor who has performed with Victorian Opera, the West Australian Opera and Melbourne Opera Company. In this afternoon event, accompanied by pianist Kylie Weston-Scheuber, he will perform a series of opera classics, alongside a series of Elvis classics and other contemporary favourites.The concert will also feature performances from special guests Helen Koehne and Henry Wei. Helen is a founding member of Victorian Opera who has performed with Melbourne Opera, More Than Opera and CitiOpera and sung numerous leading roles for various companies including Gila (Rigoletto), Mabel (Pirates of Penzance) and Jenny (Company).
Henry Wei is a Melbourne-based pianist and practising solicitor who was awarded his Licentiate Diploma in Music with Distinction in 2010. He has given performances in Melbourne and Regional Victoria, and has also performed overseas as a soloist in the USA and with school orchestra in Japan.
