Skibbutz was formed in 1981 by the brothers Günther and Hermann Skibbutz in their hometown of Grossarl, Austria, where they were expelled from ski school to concentrate on après-ski, creating a unique world of dance entertainment ready for everyone returning from a day on the slopes.
Today ice and snow are melting at such a rate that the entire world will soon become après-ski, a condition threatening to disrupt the ecology above and below the tree line, driving Skibbutz out of their alpine retreat and back into the spotlight to raise awareness and focus on climate action.
The Rewildya Tour is a chance to start the process where it matters: inside each of us, calling us back to nature, to rewild ourselves to get in synch with nature and start the process of rewilding our fantastic planet.
