AUTISM:SCHOOL TRANSITIONS, SUPPORT AND ACCOMMODATIONS (South)
This free 2 hour workshop is for parents and family carers of autistic children or who show autistic characteristics.
A confirmed diagnosis of autism is not needed.
During this workshop we focus on school transitions, types of supports and accommodations within the classroom and
how to work successfully with your child's school.
Come and learn what role the school plays and what your rights and responsibilities are when you are supporting your child in an educational setting.
Our workshops are a safe place to ask questions, share understanding and gain connection from other families in
similar circumstances.
