45mins of live, zoom-delivered mindful practice to start your week with intent and positivity. Facilitated by psychotherapist, educator and researcher Tania Rose (Sydney Australia), these sessions use mindful practices supported by science and with all the good feels. These early-morning practices can help prepare you for the week ahead and support you in your own regular mindful practice or get you started on one if you're new to the idea. Come to one, a few, or come to them all :)For both beginners and the experienced.
Bring yourself along with paper and coloured drawing tools for your notes and for some of the practices.
