SUNDAY SONIX SERIES: Bodies of Breath, 5 Nov 2023 (SOLD OUT)
In partnership with Australian Art Orchestra, the SUNDAY SONIX SERIES is a regular gathering and showcase of artists working in improvisation and experimental sound and music. It is an opportunity for artists based regionally and beyond to expand their practice and for audiences to step into the adventure with them.
Clarinetist and composer Aviva Endean is leading our final Sunday Sonix of 2023 and exploring musical responses to breath and space. Harnessing air as a unifying element that ties together diverse musical traditions, the audience is invited to experience the limitless sonic possibilities of an intriguing array of instruments.
