KWS can be used to support individuals with communication difficulties to understand and get their message across to others.
In this workshop, you will learn the principles of KWS and gesture, who it can be used with and how it can be used alongside other ways of communicating. You will also learn up to 80 new signs along with common natural gestures, with opportunities to practice in a safe & fun group environment. You will leave the workshop with a detailed plan of the next steps in your KWS journey, as well as a host of helpful resources to support your learning.
The workshop is relevant for anyone living, working with or interacting with a person with communication difficulties including: parents/carers, family & community members, disability support workers, educators and allied health professionals.

NDIS FUNDING- NDIS funding can be used to cover the cost of this workshop.
