The Defence Force School of Music holds a regular series of ‘At Home’ Concerts throughout the year at Simpson Barracks, Watsonia. These performances are free, and open to the public.A variety of music, including jazz, popular music, classical favorites and military marches will be featured during these concerts and performed by Defence Force musicians.
Entry is via Crew Street Gate, from 9:45 - 10:30 am, no access will be granted outside of this time.
Photo ID must be shown on arrival, and audience names will be placed on a list for security purposes.
Parking will be available in the vicinity of DFSM, as directed by uniformed personnel.
Please prepare to be seated in Newman Hall by 10:25am. All concerts commence at 10:30 am.
*Please note that ad hoc military engagements take priority for Australian Defence Force musicians, and dates may change. We will keep you informed of any changes leading up to the concert and suggest alternate concert dates.
