About
A 1-hour professional development, in person or online session, focusing on Coaching People for Growth – Skills, tools and practices for coaching teams and individuals around the growth mindset, strengths, performance, outcomes and behaviour. Participants will learn the core coaching skills, key tools and models of coaching, how to identify and create change around behavioural blind spots, effective thinking skills and key practices to empower them in their development of others.
