It's that time of year when you find out who's been naughty or nice, & it's also Gingerbread Season! The Essential Ingredient is teaming up with the wonderful Barbette's Feast who has been running these much-loved classes for the past 12 years. This year 2 classes will be held at The Essential Ingredient Crows Nest store on Monday 18th December from 11am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 3pm. Please arrive promptly for your booking as we take you step by step through the assembly of the hand cut, pre-baked mini gingerbread houses, then leave you to go crazy with the decorating. All attendees must be over 5yrs. Gluten free can be catered for (48 hours' notice required); GF houses can only use GF lollies to avoid cross contamination.
