On a balmy summer’s evening, join Mal & Fran for an exposé on this little-known area, tucked away in Port Melbourne.Enjoy a tree-lined stroll through the streets and parks of this planned garden suburb. Expect to walk about 2 kms on flat ground.
Bring a seat. There are some picnic tables, but a seat to listen to the talk would be helpful
Meet at the corner of Beacon Rd and Crichton Ave, Garden City. Note that the walk starts and finishes at the meeting point, prior to a picnic in the park. Toilets are available.
