GradConnect is a centralised online recruitment process that enables newly qualified enrolled nurses, registered nurses and midwives transition into the nursing and midwifery workforce in a supportive environment.Aboriginal applicants are encouraged to register for our candidate care and cultural support.
Registered applicants are provided with culturally safe support and guidance through their GradConnect application process:
- Before you apply assistance and support will be provided in selecting, applying and interviewing
- During the application guidance and updates will be provided
- Following the closure of GradConnect first round, unsuccessful applicants will be supported
before second preference round
Once you register, our team will contact you to organise candidate support - sessions will be scheduled within the below timeframe.
