Dymamic Coasts Symposium
About
We welcome invited guests to a FREE two-day symposium, re-visiting coastal themed scientific research undertaken in the Illawarra, NSW and beyond over the last 30 years.Coastal scientists will present on current and past research, and practitioners will update us on current initiatives in the coastal space. Panel discussions will explore how scientific research can inform the management of current and future challenges.
The workshop themes are:

• Morphodynamics and Modelling
• Estuaries
• Coastal Wetlands
• Rocky Coasts and Nearshore Environments
• Reefs and their Low Lying Islands
• Indigenous Knowledge of Coastal Landscapes
• The Role of Science in Management
