Every second year a combined athletics and swimming residential camp is offered and for 2024 this will be held up at Ballina/Lennox Head from 15 – 19 July. The purpose of this camp is for intense training; for the athletes it is coming into their peak season and for the swimmers it is their building phase for the upcoming season.5 Days / 4 Nights Lake Ainsworth Sport & Rec
