Professor Quinlan explores the increasing role of contract labour in the mining sector globally, examining Its diverse applications.
Keynote 2 - Workers' Voice and Health and Safety in Coal Mining - An Australian Success Story?
Professor Walters draws on comparisons with other sectors and experiences in mining in other countries, demonstrating what the key elements are of support for such participation in mining health and safety.
You will also hear insights from MARS Centre members, Professor Tim Bentley, Associate Professor Marcus Cattani, and Dr Esme Franken on research findings and new taught courses designed for the sector.
