This class will be special as it will showcase the Pinot Meunier variety.We will talk in depth about the variety, the region and soils where it thrives whilst discovering three different Growers and their Champagnes made with Pinot Meunier only.
A special Grower Ratafia de Champagne will be included!
Ratafia is a liqueur d'apéritif, made with the juice of freshly-picked Champagne grapes, and fortified immediately after pressing. If you have never heard of Ratafia before or have not tried this popular Champagne liqueur yet, jump on board!
The Masterclass will be held at the sumptuous Watervale Hotel, in the "Hell Hole".
A complimentary cheese platter is included.
The class will run from 11:00am to approximately 1:00pm.
