Filming Fleurieu Country Workshop

Led by Mark Koolmatrie of Kool Tours, and accompanied by expert filmmaker tutors from the Fleurieu Festival Board, visit three Fleurieu Peninsula locations that have special indigenous significance. Your purpose will be to film your chosen aspects of the natural landscape in order to produce a short video that promotes the region and illustrates its living, indigenous heritage. At each location you will be given instruction in aspects of camerawork that will help to structure your experience and output. Our preference is for you to use your smartphone, but small cameras can be brought instead. You will be sent a workbook in advance that will guide you at eacg location and allow you to prepare. Travel is by chartered 24-seater bus departing from the McLaren Vale Visitor Centre. It is an all-day tour. Lunch is at a local bakery at your expense.
