Join us for the launch of Field's updated version of her two earlier best-selling school bullying books, (Bully Busting 1999, Bully Blocking 2007). This totally new version, Bully Blocking -Empowering students to manage bullying retains all the positive aspects of Evelyn’s previous books as well as the current evidence, including the damaging neurobiological impact of bullying on the brain, the lack of appropriate interventions to reduce workplace bullying among school staff, the need for more effective interventions involving parents, and the need for simple, bully blocking skills to empower students to block bullies themselves, based upon using their survival instinct together with their pre-frontal cortex to respond in a logical manner.
