Join us for Be Ahead of the Game, Parents and Carers' Information session. The session is hosted by Glen Eira City Council and delivered by Gambler’s Help Southern.Be Ahead of the Game, Parents and Carer's Information session will give you an understanding of the gaming environment and practical strategies to prevent and minimise the risk of gambling in young people later in life.
The session will cover:
• how gaming activities can be linked to gambling later in life
• how to start conversations with your child about healthy gaming habits and good decision making
• understanding the role that you can play in influencing your child's attitudes and access to gambling
