Open Gardens Victoria - Buttenshaw Farm 2024
Buttenshaw Farm is an organic and permaculture based micro-seed farm and productive garden, that encourages all beneficial insects and systems working in harmony. There are diverse flower plantings interspersed between the many productive beds, native bees (including blue banded bees), European honey bees and butterflies.
Please note: Access is via Sheffild Rd and there is limited parking. We suggest carpooling if you plan to visit with multiple people or park on nearby Mt Dandenong Tourist Rd. There will be March flies at this time of year so we recommend wearing light loose clothing. There are no toilets onsite.
