About

Join us as we turn the end of season tomatoes into delicious home-made passata. You will learn how to process tomatoes, sterilize jars/bottles and how to seal them. We will then celebrate our hard work with a yummy pasta lunch. Please bring along some glass jars with lids (if you have some, we will have some here too) and wear clothes you don't mind getting tomato sauce on.
