Join a high energy, highly detailed workout with 12-18 Athletes the same age and level, the sessions will be coached by 2/3 elite coaches from A.E.T. Each workout will be focused on individual skill and the tools the athletes will need to have on both ends of the court at the next level. There will be in-depth breakdowns and the chance to implement these into real-time game situations against quality competition.Location
