An O. Henry Christmas
BY Howard Burman
Directed by Bill Ayers
The Guild is holding onto the Christmas spirit with its production of An O. Henry Christmas.
Set in the 1890s depression, the famous writer O. Henry, the Master of the Short Story, is an elusive storytelling stranger.
He brings the Spirit of Christmas to a mixed bunch of homeless people on Christmas Eve in New York, by having
them become the characters in his humorous, fanciful stories, and it’s these experiences which changes their lives.
