The City of Perth Library and Boffins Books are delighted to host Shirley Marr for the release of her latest children’s novel, 'Countdown to Yesterday' (Penguin Random House Australia, 2024), a story about memories, family, friendship, 'The Australian Women’s Weekly Children's Birthday Cake Book', David Bowie and time travel! Gather under the Tree of Knowledge for a special early evening celebration, featuring an in-conversation with the author, a reading from the book, a cupcake decorating activity for children attending, book signing and light refreshments.Books will be available to purchase on the night from the Boffins Books stand.
Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
For this event all attendees (including parents) will need a ticket.
