About

The PFT is conducted on Pay Week Fridays at 0930 at ADFA Pool.

Strength Component:
- Forearm Plank

You will complete the following component:
- 500m Swim

Please arrive by 0920 to start 0930.

Please ensure members who are TMU, J3, J4 or J5 have the relevant PM101 or PM532 ready for the PTI to assess. In order to proceed with the PFT, the documents must be in date and not contain any restrictions relating to the PFT.

You will be unable to conduct the test if you have been vaccinated or given blood within 24 hours.

Please ensure you check the HMAS Harman PTI SharePoint page the day prior for any cancellations.
