In the new year, the Recorder of Titles will formally publish a set of Directions specifying requirements and procedures regarding preparation and lodgment of documents, in accordance with Section 160A(6) of the Land Titles Act 1980. The Recorder will advise of the date that these Directions will come into effect.To assist with the transition to the new practices and procedures associated with conveyancing, the Land Titles Office will be conducting Information Sessions.
Please note that due to capacity restrictions, we are unable to accommodate support staff.
Date: Wednesday, 7 February 2024
Venue: Gateway Hotel, 16 Fenton Street, Devonport TAS 7310. In-person attendance only.
Time: 11:30 am to 1 pm. Registration and coffee/tea session will commence at 11 am
There is limited parking available at the venue, as well as metered street parking. A multiple storey car park is located opposite the venue.
