About
Scott Bassham and Shannon Haapanen are planning to extend the silly season by a day or so, with a combined show at the legendary Soundcity in Port Lincoln on January 5th 2024. Their stated aim is to “absolutely sing up a storm that will send the year 2023 scurrying under the cupboard of history, with whatever dropped bits of mince pie it could grab on the way!” Operating under the firm belief that good, loud, live music will help to get us through whatever fresh hell we currently find ourselves in, Scott and Shannon are planning a wide, fun, and eclectic musical mix of passion, wisdom and tipsy stupidity. Involving guitars, harmony, tambourines and fiddles, along with fond acquaintance, great company, evocative surroundings and, of course, lots of Shitty Beer! They are looking forward to being back in the loving embrace of Port Lincoln’s shrine to that high, wild sound, Soundcity!Location
