About
Whitehorse Maternal and Child Health Service provides Sleep and Settling Program to support family experiencing concern around child's sleep and settling.Here we offer Sleep and Settling Information in 3 age groups:
· 0 - 4 months - Newborn and Young Infant.
· 4 - 12 months - Babies.
· 12 - 24 months – Toddler
Presentation covers topics:
• Typical sleep patterns and behaviours
• Preventative approach to promote positive sleep pattern
• Age-appropriate strategies to manage concern around child's sleep
• Parental self-care and wellbeing
• Question & Answer (Q&A)
Cost:
• No out of pocket cost involved.
• This program is funded by the Victorian Government as part of the "More help for new Victorian mums and dads" initiative.
