Wanting to do something a little special for your special someone in your life?
Allow Rich River to set the scene on Valentines Day with a romantic two course dinner by candlelight whilst listening to the beautiful voice of Amelia May.
Pre-select your two course dinner for arrival at either 6pm, 6.30pm or 7pm.

Mains (Select one per person):
- Pan Seared Tasmanian Salmon, black sesame crust, lyonnaise potato, grilled asparagus, capsicum tapenade (GF)
- Roast Lamb Backstrap, sweet potato fondant, sugar snap, rosemary balsamic jus (GF)
- Wild Mushroom Risotto, asparagus, spring onions, pecorino (V)
- Cornfed Chicken Breast, pearl barley risotto, broccolini and truffle jus

Dessert (Select one per person):
- Dark Belgian Chocolate Cake, candied orange, rhubarb compote, crumbled honeycomb
- White Chocolate Panna Cotta, forest berries, clotted cream, strawberry dust (GF)
- Cheese Board, selection of cheese, quince paste, muscatels, lavosh crackers and strawberries (GF)
