Join us to showcase the culmination of the Walking Together Project, explore the latest developments in cross-cultural conservation, be immersed in Country with Merningar/ Menang/ Goreng Elders, and yarn up the next steps for cross-cultural collaboration.Day 1: 8.30am - 6 pm Conference style presentations, followed by a poster and art sun downer. Speakers include leaders in cross-cultural conservation from all across Australia.
Day 2: 9am - 3pm A choice of field trips to showcase different avenues of Walking Together, including fire, granite, whales, and plants. In the evening there will be a symposium dinner (optional extra).
Day 3: 9am - 1pm A workshop exploring the next steps for walking together to care for Country.
Morning and afternoon tea and lunch included.
*Proceeds from this symposium will fund future cross-cultural research to care for Country.
