The theme for International Women’s Day 2024 is Count Her In: Invest in Women. Accelerate Progress.Count Her In will examine the pathways to greater economic inclusion for women and girls everywhere.
Without equal access to education, employment pathways, financial services and literacy, how can we ever hope to reach gender equality?
Our Guest speakers will address this from their perspective. Cathie Hagen has over 20 years of experience in the delivery of IT projects in a variety of industries, including health, telecommunications and finance, in both large businesses and start-ups. She is passionate about the collaborative nature of software, with a focus on the people aspect of creating great software. This involves both empathy with the users of the software, as well as understanding how people work together to ensure the best outcome for all. Mary Kelly runs her own Financial Advice Company in Brisbane.
