WCEI Victoria invites you to join them in celebration of the year of the dragon.Let’s kick off the lunar new year of the dragon together!
Tickets are $82 per person (The venue is BYO Wine if desired)
Join fellow WCEI members and guests for a beautiful and auspicious 9-course banquet.
The courses are as follows:
1. Lou Hei Yee Sang ‘salmon’ - tossing the Chinese salad
2. Sharks Finn Soup
3. Prawn in XO sauce (no shell)
4. Kwai Fei Kai - ginger chicken
5. Steam coral trout
6. Black Pepper beef
7. Longevity - vegetarian dish
8. Lotus Leaf Glutinous Rice
9. Red Bean soup dessert
Included will also be plentiful supply of Chinese pancake, white rice, and Chinese tea.
