Please join us on a 7-Week journey - every Monday evening, commencing on the 12th Feb. for an hour guided meditation and workshop. We will explore and move the energy of each chakra as we work down the body.

In the process you will learn to own and accept the fullness of yourself, ground in your values and purpose and allow yourself to live your life to its full potential.
