~ Enjoy a picnic on the green with friends whilst you unwind to a live soundscape.~ Settle in for a grounding and restorative Sound Bath & Meditation.
~ Witness the majesty of the sacred 200 yr old Banyan Tree and Tocal Homestead.
Sound & Spirit gently guide the experience to bring you into the present moment, allowing you drop you into the experience. From there they will journey you through the meditation with Shruti Box, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Gong, Drums, Flute, Voice and other instruments.
Sound & Spirit offer a gentle introduction to Sound Meditation; events are accessible to anyone, any level of meditator (Age 12+). No prior knowlege required.
We acknowledge the Wonnarua People as the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the land.
We pay respect to all Aboriginal Elders, past, present and future with a spiritual connection to these lands.
