CLASSIC FRENCH COOKING
A French cooking lesson including fundamental techniques and principles of French cuisine, renowned for its emphasis on high-quality ingredients, precise cooking methods, and rich flavours. This class will be a three course meal consisting of Mussels in a White Wine Cream Sauce (Moule Mariniere), Chicken Braised in Wine (Coq au Vin) and the famous dessert, Creme Brulee!
