Did you know that NQ Wildlife Care receives dozens of rescue calls every single day? This training covers how to answer our 24-hour rescue phone, including giving members of the public advice on the animals they call in, taking informative details from these calls, and relaying them on to rescuers and carers. Anyone under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult. This training is not suitable for children under the age of 12, as some graphic imagery related to injured wildlife may be shown.
