Complete the Standard MHFA Community Course and become an accredited Mental Health First Aider for 3 years
The course has 3 components as follows:
Step 1 - self-paced elearning 6-7 hours - this must be completed first
Step 2 - 2 x 2.5hr zoom sessions with an instructor
Step 3 - online quiz
