- Doors open at 06:00 pm for table decorating and eating; at 07:00 pm Trivia Commences; Night concludes 10:30 pm
- There will be a fully licensed bar - no BYO alcohol at this event
- BYO Food, Soft Drink, utensils, crockery, glasses ... make it a PICNIC
- Food delivery (e.g. Pizza) to the Pavilion; please give your table number to your food supplier to help us with food delivery.
- DRESS UP... Best Christmas garb ...DECORATE your Table with anything that glows, flashes, sparkles, or sings.
