Mother's Day Artisan Market - REGISTRATION OPEN

Port Melbourne is proudly hosting our inaugural Mother's Day Open Air Artisan Market on Bay Street this year. We will make Mother's Day Market a special day by including a High Tea & Champagne event at the market.

We are expecting a sold-out event so book early to avoid disappointments!

We are looking for a wide variety of stalls to showcase local artists, designers, and makers whose products are original, of high quality, innovative, good appeal and are well presented. Products made in Australia will be highly rated in our selection process. A variety and diverse range of items within the event will form the criteria for the selection.  

When you apply and pay for your spot at the market you will enter a selection process. We will confirm your spot at the market approximately 4 days after registration closes. If you are not accepted, a FULL REFUND will be made. The panel's decision is final.

HOW IT WORKS:

• Apply online and pay registration fee for marquee SPOT ONLY (3m x 3m). Note we only provide a spot, you must bring your own marquee
• You will be sent a confirmation email. You MUST reply and provide 4 images as part of your application (returning vendors from 2023 need not resend). For new vendors, a failure to submit your images will result in a decline of your application
• In the unlikely event you are not accepted, a FULL REFUND will be made within 7 days.
• Once accepted you will join a Facebook Vendors Group. Remember to log-in to receive market updates
• Images you provide will be used leading up to the Mother's Day Artisan Market to promote you
• The week leading up to Market day you will receive a Vendors Info Pack with full info of market location, bump-in time slots and all necessary details

NOTE:

1. An allocated site is not guaranteed as we attempt to include emerging artisans and small businesses to give a good cross-section of products for the event.
2. If you have any special requests please provide information in the REQUEST section of the booking form. All efforts will be made to accomodate your request, but we do not guarantee all requests will be met.
3. We do not accept any applications for food and beverages with the purpose of consumption on the day. We welcome all artisan businesses with offerings in gift packs, for example, artisan chocolates, handmade biscuits etc. If unsure, please contact us, we'd love to hear from you.
